The average price range of our dresses is from $1000 to $2500 USD.
What are the salon hours?
The salon is open Monday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday through Sunday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Do I need to make an appointment for a fitting?
Yes, our salon is by appointment only. Make an appointment on our website. When booking, you will need to answer a few questions and select the date and time you would like to visit the salon.

Do you charge for a fitting?
No, there is no charge for booking a fitting.
How do I prepare for a fitting?
We recommend that you review the dresses featured on our website before your appointment and prepare a list of dresses you are interested in trying on. Otherwise, your consultant will select dresses for you based on what you are looking for.
Can I take photos during the fitting?
Of course! Brides can find it very helpful to look at photos in each dress, so you are welcome to do so!
Can I buy the dress from stock or do I have to order it?
Here at CRYSTAL, all of our wedding dresses are made to order. However, there are a small number of dresses that are available from stock. These dresses can be viewed on our website under the Wedding Dresses section.
Do you offer a custom order service?
Yes, we offer a custom dress design service. For more information, please contact us by email or call us.
Can I order a dress online?
Yes, it is possible to order a dress online. If there is a dress that you would like to purchase virtually, please contact us by email or call us.
How long in advance should I order my wedding dress?
We recommend starting your wedding dress search about 4-5 months before your wedding date. Since our dresses are made to order, it usually takes about 3-4 months to make your dress. You should also allow time for any changes that need to be made to the dress after it arrives.
Do you have samples in larger sizes?
Most of the dresses in our showroom are available for fitting in size 38. We also offer sizes from 40-42.
How many people can I bring with me to the appointment?
You can have up to 3 guests with you during the fitting. If needed, you can access FaceTime or Zoom with any additional friends/family who were unable to make an appointment in person.
How can I pay?
You can pay for the dress with a credit card, cash, or pay by installments.
