Maison Blanche was presented at Château de Baronville, where the calm majesty of the French château does not drown out the dresses, but emphasizes the precision of their lines. The restrained rhythm of the architecture is continued in corsets, draperies and surfaces that receive light in different ways.
Lace leads through most images: the floral pattern can be embossed and prominent or subtle, almost graphic in chantilly. Mikado corresponds to it with a smooth density, satin with a softer sheen. A-silhouettes and ball shapes unfold these textures in space, while pipe silhouettes and "mermaids" keep the composition closer to the body. Corset bodices, open backs, beading and embroidery add their own measure of detail to each shape.
Some of the dresses change the contour thanks to the upper skirt, cape or removable sleeves. These additions do not cover the base, but continue it: they add volume, cover the shoulders or make the silhouette more solemn. Maison Blanche requires a close distance: then the difference between lace, mikado, beading and embroidery becomes palpable, and the architectural clarity of the collection is not lost among the details.
