The Cami's modern architectural form is built on the combination of a separate corset and fitted skirt. Both parts are made of smooth textured ivory fabric, creating a continuous visual line. The corset bodice with wide straps and sewn-in cups structures the torso with visible vertical bones, and its square neckline gently transitions into a sweetheart neckline. The lower edge of the corset is outlined with rounded Basque panels on the hips. The mermaid skirt hugs the figure and expands below the knees into an elongated train. The deep neckline reveals the back, where the bodice is tightened with laces. The smooth surface remains free of decoration, highlighting the constructive seams and clean geometry of the image.
