The volume in Less is More V appears suddenly: the smooth line of the bodice passes into a wide skirt, taffeta gathers in soft folds, and a bolero or sleeve changes the contours of the upper part. The foggy shooting of the collection only enhances this effect — the forms appear gradually, without decorative noise.
In the 2025 edition, they prevail ball gowns, but alongside them are A-line silhouettes, sheaths, and mermaids. Taffeta appears pointwise, so it does not set the entire line to the same stiffness; its volume is balanced by lace, tulle, satin and mikado. The lace pattern breaks up the light, while the mikado gathers the silhouette into a coherent, well-read form. Collection guides the fabric around the bodice or skirt, and embroidery adds a smaller rhythm. In some models, the upper skirt or sleeves are removed, returning the dress to a simpler outline.
Less is More V appeals to the bride who likes a clear foundation but doesn't want the look to read quietly.
