Wedding and evening dresses with puffy sleeves

In a lush sleeve, the determining factor is not the length, but the volume around the arm. Compare it in face and profile, find the origin and places of assembly, check symmetry and movement. Separately assess contact with a veil or cape: this form does not guarantee shoulder correction or comfort.

The profile shows the lush sleeve no worse than the face: it is from the side that you can see how far the volume leaves the hand and where it reaches its greatest width. This shape is defined not by length, but by the space created by the fabric and assembly. A sleeve can end above the elbow or extend to the wrist, be continuous or detachable - none of these characteristics are derived from the word "curvy".

Sleeve-wing has a short edge near the shoulder, and short sleeve determined by the length above the elbow. The lush form is instead read through the volume and the places where the fabric is gathered. Also, it does not mean automatic removal: check the connection method and completeness separately on the page removable sleeves and in the card of a specific model.

Find the starting point of the sleeve relative to the shoulder or edge of the bodice. Compare the right and left sides in the natural position: build height, maximum width, fold direction and, if applicable, cuff placement. Raise your arms, bend your elbows, and reach forward, watching for a change in shape, where the tissue is compressed, and how the shoulder area moves. This is a test of a specific fit, not a promise of ease, comfort or shoulder correction.

Veil, cape or removable cape may end up next to the largest part of the sleeve. Try on the selected item from the section accessories, turn around in it and go through the doorway without pressing your hands to your body. When trying on in CRYSTAL, ask for a photo straight on and from the side: the difference in angles best shows the actual scale of the volume.
